How much does assembly cost?
We quote every job individually based on the pieces and the time involved. You approve the price before we start, and it does not change unless the job does.
How long does assembly take?
Your quote includes a time estimate. A single piece is quick; a full room takes longer. We confirm the window when you book.
Do I need to be home?
Someone should let us in, show the space, and confirm where each piece goes. After that, you can get on with your day.
What do you need from me?
A cleared space, the boxes and parts on site, and the instructions if you still have them. We bring the tools.
Which brands do you assemble?
Any major retailer: flat-pack, ready-to-assemble, or straight from an online order. If it came in a box, we can probably build it.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
We stop, tell you what is missing, and wait for the replacement before continuing. No improvising with parts that are not right.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes. Boxes, foam, and plastic leave with us unless you want to keep any of it.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed with your quote, so there is nothing to work out on the day.
